Karen graduated from law school and became licensed to practice law in 2014, and began working with a small immigration law firm in San Antonio, Texas, where she was responsible for authoring appeal briefs and representing clients in Immigration Court. Shortly thereafter, she joined a firm that represented business entities, where she performed essential functions, including registering and setting up the entity with the state, as well as drafting and reviewing various contracts. Karen relocated back to Dallas, Texas, and began representing Plaintiffs at a large national litigation firm.
Karen joined Clerkin, Sinclair, & Mahfouz, LLP in 2018, and possesses extensive trial experience in creditors’ rights in both District/County Courts and Justice Courts throughout Texas.
